No one likes having their flabby belly hanging over the top of their pants. Even the cutest name for those love handles doesn't prevent those with a "muffin top" from trying to down play it. Your regular exercise routine will become easier because of the increased muscle mass resulting from your weight training and you will also notice a greater metabolic response. Avoid those health food supplements that offer guarantees of quick results, the are often bad for your health. These are never true. You need a routine that includes anaerobic, aerobic and weight training in order to truly benefit from your desire to lose your love handles. Building muscle behind love handles can be accomplished with one exercise. This can reveal more prominent and perky muscles and love handles. Do you really want to see that happen?
